SHIPPING

Processing and shipping will take between 2-3 weeks minimum. Please allow extra time during peak weekends/holidays. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. We ship to P.O. Boxes for orders $75 or less, higher amounts will be sent via FedEx. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.

Direct signature is required with every purchase. Upon delivery, signature confirmation is required when the delivery is in acceptance. Signature requirements are the same for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground US Shipments. If no one is present to sign at the address, FedEx will reattempt.

INSURANCE

All packages are insured during the time of transit. We require a signature for any goods delivered to surrender responsibility to you for your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns must be authorized by email, Hgodextensions@gmail.com. Hair God Extensions does not offer refunds once you have received your order. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order to be eligible for exchange or a store credit. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  All sales are final on sale items.  

All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item are FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges are still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns, including but not limited to sales items. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Hair God Extensions reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. In the event a package is returned by FedEx, your payment will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.  

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.  If a customs charge is refused by the customer and Hair God Extensions is responsible for the shipping of the product back, the charge will come out of the customers' refund.  

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within a 24-hour window from ordering and a full refund will be issued after the cancellation. Refunds will not be issued to customers requesting order cancellations after the 24hour window.
